How it Works:

G-2000 evaluates current sales of like or similar items, machinery and equipment sold or being offered by sale. We also analyze factors that influence the visibility and marketability of the equipment and machinery.

G-2000 appraisers offer a combined 50 years of experience in valuation services to financial and industrial communities. Our appraisers are certified members of the American Society of Appraisers. Desktop

A preliminary investigation and an opinion of value (not recommended for credit decisions). With this service, you can make a collateral or loan structuring decision before investing additional time and effort.

Walk-Through

A cost-effective service that gives the appraiser access to the assets and an opportunity to assess appearance and market appeal while verifying preliminary information.

Complete Appraisal Summary Format

This is G-2000's most requested documented valuation. We itemize asset component values and provide a detailed report including an extensive industry analysis, valuation definitions and photos. We offer a wide range of documentation options to meet the individual needs of the client. All appraisals are in accordance with the guideline established by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and the American Society of Appraisers.
